At Holm & Herd, we take great care in preparing and shipping every order. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how and when your order will arrive.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order is placed.
During high-volume periods (launches, holidays, promotions), processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience during these times.
Shipping Time & Carriers
Once your order has shipped, delivery times typically range from 2–7 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
We ship using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Carrier selection may vary based on order size, destination, and fulfillment location.

Any free-shipping promotions will be clearly noted on the website at the time of purchase.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
Holm & Herd is not responsible for:

Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses

Orders returned due to address errors
If an order is returned to us due to an address issue, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.
If your package is lost or delayed:

Please first contact the carrier using your tracking number

If you need assistance, reach out to us at teresa@holmandherd.com within 7 days of the delivery notice
We’ll do our best to help, but replacement or refund is not guaranteed for packages marked as delivered.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

Photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging
We will review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.
International Shipping
At this time, Holm & Herd ships only within the United States.
We do not currently offer international shipping.
