REFUND POLICY

At Holm & Herd, we care deeply about the quality of our products and your satisfaction. Because our bath and grooming products are considered hygiene items, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds once a product has been opened or used. This policy helps ensure the safety and well-being of all pets we serve.


All Sales Are Final

  • Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final unless the item arrives defective or damaged.

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, scent preference, or your pet not liking the product.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or you believe you’ve received a defective product:

  1. Contact us at teresa@holmandherd.com within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging.

  3. Once reviewed, we’ll arrange for a replacement or store credit at our discretion.


Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used products

  • Items purchased from third-party retailers (please contact them directly)

  • Gift cards


Order Cancellations

We process orders quickly, but if you contact us before your order ships, we may be able to cancel it. Once shipped, the sale is final.
